Literacy Grassroot Breakthrough : Newsletter
The Newsletters (Vol I – IV) were aimed to publish the grassroot level experiences and activities from different countries of Asia and Pacific region. The newsletter highlighted the innovative literacy programs, impact of literacy to the learners and community, use of ICT for promotion of literacy in different countries. The newsletters are joint effort of ACCU-LRC network of 17 countries. The newsletters were published to promote advocacy to different national and international donor agencies on need of literacy and non formal education for development at grassroot level.
